About Scott
Scott George has been a visionary and innovator in the church and non-profit world for over 25 years. A graduate from University of Central Florida in Communications, and Masters in Theology from Faith Christian University Scott has a unique ability of communicating leadership principles and insights that motivate and inspire groups of all sizes. Passion and compassion are the hallmarks of his life’s mission. He has traveled the world bringing hope and help thru philanthropic and humanitarian campaigns and outreaches. Scott is Senior Pastor of Pinecastle United Methodist Church in Orlando and also Co Founder of Community Food & Outreach Center in Downtown Orlando. A innovative and cutting edge nonprofit that serves of thousands of families each month with food, medical care, crisis intervention and education. Scott has been happily married to Tammi, his wife, for 26 years and has 4 beautiful children Austen, 21, Aaren, 19 Amanda, 17 and Allison 15.
About Andrae
Andrae Bailey has been serving the community through nonprofit charities and churches since the age of eighteen. His experiences with poverty and neglect at a young age left him with a passion for those hurting and abandoned by society. Andrae has worked for and consulted with many churches and nonprofits throughout the United States, working for over a decade to help charitable organizations take a practical approach to developing dynamic programs to touch their communities.
Andrae is currently the Executive Director for Community Food and Outreach Center a Florida based nonprofit that helps needy families get assistance with basic their basic needs, and then helps them break the cycle of poverty.
Andrae attended Plymouth International Seminary and received training in Theology and Divinity while working as a full time pastor in the local church. He has also completed the Crummer Business Schools Mini MBA Program, and is recognized by Certified Fund Raising Executive International as a Certified Fundraiser (CFRE).
Andrae and his wife Samantha have three children, Mary 11, Jessica 10, and Christian 7.
